STUDIO CITY—Emmy award-winning actress Allison Janney is listing her home in the hills of Studio City for $1.495 million.
Janney originally purchased the home for $799,000 in May 2001, during her acclaimed work on TV series “The West Wing.” The listing for the home makes no pretense of concealing its celebrity connections.
In addition to her work on “The West Wing” and numerous other television shows, Janney is known for roles in “American Beauty” (1999), “Finding Nemo” (2003), “Hairspray” (2007), and “Juno”(2007).
Her three bedroom, two bathroom home rests on .56 acres and is 1,925 square-feet. The hedged private property features hardwood floors, a marbled fireplace, a renovated kitchen, a solar-heated swimming pool, and outdoor entertainment center.
The listing came after Janney purchased a $3.25 million residence in the mountains overlooking Studio City.
