SAN FRANCISCO – Baseball star Barry Bonds is making headlines again after hitting his 754th homerun against the Florida Marlins Friday. The San Francisco Giants left-handed power slugger and outfielder is now only one homerun away from tying the world record number of homeruns set by Hank Aaron, at 755.

At approximately 5:15am on Friday, Nov. 17 Marcus Cassel drove his SUV into a tree on Santa Monica Blvd. when police and paramedics showed up. He was then transported to UCLA Medical Center where he died from his injuries at 9:30am, his parents by his side.
