PARIS: For the second time this year, Iran was sent back to the United Nations Security Council on Wednesday by numerous world powers. The decision was made by the foreign ministers of the five permanent Security Council members, including the United States, France, Britain, Russia and China, as well as Germany. These world powers asked the Security Council to intercede as the incentives they suggested in attempt to resolve the current standoff regarding its nuclear programs.
