HOLLYWOOD HILLS - A man was charged with murder and held without bail after allegedly fatally shooting his girlfriend on Tuesday, June 5th.  The charges of the case are odd as both the victim’s body and the murder weapon remain missing.

  The Los Angeles County district attorney's office moved to try the 17-year-old Beverly Hills teenager accused of brutally beating his Harvard-Westlake classmate as an adult.

A 17-year-old Harvard-Westlake senior from Beverly Hills faces three felony charges, one count of attempted murder and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, after allegedly bludgeoning a female classmate with a claw hammer.  

On Oct. 24, at 9:30 a.m. Police Chief William Bratton, along with other police officials met at the LAPD Metropolitan Dispatch Center to discuss downtown Los Angeles' skid row and their growing homeless community.
