It starts at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. The event promises to have food, entertainment, prizes, and a raffle. The OC-DEAF aims to provide people that are deaf and/or hard of hearing equal access to the same opportunities as people who can hear.
The OC-DEAF is an affiliate of the Greater Los Angeles Agency of Deafness (GLAD), and was established in 1979.
