Performance: San Fernanco Valley -The Vagabond Players Theater Company presents an evening of two one-act comedies by Christopher Durang "The Actor's Nightmare" & Sister Mary Ignatius Explains it all to You". Described as "Christopher Durang's satirical one-two punch". Fast-moving, biting and wildly irreverent, the Obie-award winning "Sister Mary Ignatius Explains it all for You" pits Sister Mary against her former students for an outrageous lesson in laughter, catechism, and revenge.

Show opens Friday, September 14, 2007 at 8 p.m. and runs Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. till Saturday October 6, 2007 at 8: p.m. at The Raven Playhouse, 5233 Lankershim Blvd., NoHo (just north of Magnolia). Tickets are $20 - Students, Senior & Group Discounts available. Wheelchair accessible.  Dance: Snow White and Seven Dwarfs - This is a colorful version of Snow White and Seven Dwarfs which works for all age groups. With music by Bodgan Pawloski, this ballet is an adaptation the Grimms Brother’s tale about a lovely little princess named Snow White.

 Theater: Twelfth Night ”“ Village Green production is proud to present Twelfth Night on the Ruby stage at the Complex Theater, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night from September 7 through October 7.

Friday and Saturday performance will begin at 8pm and tickets are available for $20 and the Sunday performance will begin at 7pm with tickets for $15. The Complex Theater is in 6476 Santa Monica Blvd, Hollywood CA 90038. Tickets are on sale now at the box office.

 Book Fair: The City of Hollywood’s sixth annual book fair - The City of West Hollywood and LA Weekly present the multiple, award-winning West Hollywood Book Fair that will take place on Sunday, September 30, 2007 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at West Hollywood Park, 647 North San Vicente Boulevard in West Hollywood. The West Hollywood Book Fair will feature 12 stages with author panels and special guests, live performances and writing workshops. The West Hollywood Book Fair is one of Southern California's most eclectic literary events attracting readers and writers of all ages and interests.
