2013 MTV Movie Awards Nominees Announced

HOLLYWOOD—Just when you thought award season was over, the 2013 MTV Movie Awards were announced on Tuesday, March 5. Leading the pack nominees were the pictures “Django Unchained” and “Ted” with seven nominations apiece include Movie of the Year. Not too far behind was the dramedy “Silver Linings Playbook” with six nominations and “The Dark Knight Rises” with five nominations. 

 

Oscar-winners Jennifer Lawrence and Anne Hathaway are multiple nominees with nods in the categories for Best Female Performance and Best Musical Moment. Channing Tatum is also a multiple nominee with nods in the Best Musical Moment, Best Shirtless Performance and Best Male Performance for his work in “Magic Mike.” Check out the full list of nominees below.
