Best Chocolate Frosting/Filling Ever

Hi everyone! This month we are going to max out on calories, but the recipe is oh so good!

Best Chocolate Frosting/Filling Ever!

1 cup whipping cream
8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, chopped (I use Ghiardelli's Double Chocolate Chips - the best available)
4 Tbls. Butter

Bring cream to a boil. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and let stand two minutes. Whisk in butter until smooth and cool. Refrigerate until of spreading consistency (don't wait too long or it is hard to spread). I like to use this between layers of pound cake. Also good on brownies or just eat it out of the bowl (for chocoholics) Keep whatever you use it on (or in) refrigerated, however. I'll try to be good next month and have something healthful. Enjoy!
