Holiday Peanut Candy
2 pds. white chocolate
1 cup chunky peanut butter
2-3 cups Rice Krispies
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
Melt the white chocolate in a large pan over heat or in a 200 degree oven. Add chunky peanut butter and stir until it melts. Stir in Rice Krispies and peanuts. Use a spoon to drop onto waxed paper. Allow to "harden." It makes about 100 pieces.
