Don't like broccoli? Try this salad and see if it changes your mind.
2 bunches broccoli, stems peeled, buds and stems cut into bite-sized pieces
10 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
1 red onion, sliced into rings and separated
Combine above ingredients in a large bowl.
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbls. sugar
3 Tbls. vinegar
Stir together all ingredients in small bowl. Pour over broccoli mixture, mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve. It makes six servings. Will keep for a day or two.
