Place all above ingredients into a large bowl, stir and let stand for five minutes. Meanwhile, dissolve l pkg. yeast (quick-rising) in 1/4 cup hot water (125-130 degrees) and 1/4 tsp. sugar. Let stand until foamy (about 5 mins.) Beat two eggs and reserve 1 Tbs. Add 1 Tbs. dried minced onion to beaten eggs. Add egg and yeast mixture to oat mixture. Add 2 cups flour and beat well. Add 1 1/2 cups flour and beat well. Cover and let rise in warm place for 1/2 hour. Stir down and spread dough into a 10-inch circle on well-greased 12-inch pizza pan. Cover and let rise again for 1/2 hour. Brush on remaining egg. Top with 1 Tbs. minced onion, 1 Tbs. sesame seeds, coarse salt and garlic powder or 1 tsp. garlic salt.
