Due to an undisclosed medical condition, the incarcerated hard partying celebutante was released by the Los Angeles County Sheriff after serving only three days of her 45-day sentence and put under house arrest at her Hollywood Hills home.

However, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer was peeved by the Sheriff’s decision and disapproved of Hilton’s early release.  Hilton proved to be a true drama queen after the Judge announced his decision at Friday’s hearing: “The defendant is remanded to county jail to serve the remainder of her sentence.  The order is final and forthwith.”   Her reaction—she screamed.

Isaiah Washington Is “Mad as Hell” After Being Dropped From Grey’s Anatomy

Beleaguered actor Isaiah Washington has become more popular for his homophobic slurs than playing surgeon Dr. Preston Burke on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy.  Thursday ABC confirmed Washington, 43, was fired from the show and would not return this fall for the show’s fourth season.

Washington triggered a career firestorm eight months ago when he made an anti-gay slur toward co-star T.R. Knight and ignited an altercation with Patrick Dempsey on the show’s set.  Knight eventually disclosed his homosexuality.  According to reports, he used the slur again at this year’s Golden Globes and infuriated his co-stars.

Speaking under anonymity, executives on the show said that Washington was difficult on the set prior to the incidents but the incidents caused more turmoil on the show’s set.

E! reported that when Washington discovered he was fired, he said, “ I am mad as hell, and not going to take it anymore.”

After months of rumors about his rocky marriage, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa announced Friday that he and his wife, Corina, are separating.  The couple married in 1987 ”“ originally Antonio Villar and Corina Raigosa.  They merged their last names to create the surname Villaraigosa.  The couple has two teenage children, Antonio Jr. and Natalia Fe.

Mayor Villaraigosa addressed his marital separation in a press conference Monday.  “I want you to know that I take responsibility for what is happening and I feel a personal sense of failure about it.  And that’s all I am prepared to say,” Villaraigosa said Monday morning at City Hall.

The mayor declined to answer questions regarding any past or present romantic involvement with other women.  “Those kind of questions are inappropriate, and I won't answer them. My family and I have the right during this difficult time to go through this process free of that kind of speculation,” the mayor said.

During his first mayoral campaign, Villaraigosa fended off rumors of adultery.

The mayor’s wife and kids will reside in the Getty House, the official mayoral mansion while Villaraigosa intends to move back into the couple’s Mount Washington home.
