police efforts in the March murder of 21-year-old Miguel Macias, who was found

Next Top Model” fashion designer Anand Jon Alexander has been charged with rape
and sexual assault against two women and a fifteen year old girl, according to
police.
SANTA MONICA—In what appears to be a last ditch effort by officials,
Santa Monica squirrel reproduction is being controlled by a measure that some feel is highly questionable, birth control shots.
HOLLYWOOD—The Bush administration has been firm to combat the episodes of illegal immigrants entering the United States. Their efforts have brought light to nearby raids that have taken place.
OAKLAND—A power outage in east Oakland robbed customers of power for a few
hours. The workers of Pacific Gas and Electric Company worked hard to fix the
substation problems caused by a small fire.
HOLLYWOOD—A well
known
Hollywood drug lord escaped the death
penalty in his recent dealings with the law. Kenneth “Supreme” McGriff was
spared the death penalty and sentenced to life in prison.
VARIOUS—Anna Nicole Smith’s persona isn't on the minds of members of her
family and friends. Disputes are fresh over the late star's
Bahamas
residence and who the rightful owner really is.
SANTA MONICA—Police arrested eight people in connection with the shooting of two El Monte juveniles in a location just north of the Santa Monica Pier. The shooting took place around 3 a.m.
SAN PEDRO—Friends are still mourning the tragic death of USC kicker, Mario Danelo. New information has been discovered that may shed some light as to the final moments prior to the kicker’s death.
MALIBU—Famed actor Ryan O’Neal was arrested for assaulting his son, Griffin O’Neal. According to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, police were called to the actor’s home at 12:30 a.m.
HOLLYWOOD—After what witnesses defend as a dispute between occupants of the club and the bouncers, shots were fired, wounding both bouncers. One was shot fatally and died later at the hospital.
BEVERLY HILLS—Lane Garrison, a former actor on “Prison Break”, was
found to have had cocaine and twice the legal limit of alcohol in his
bloodstream at the time of the fatal crash he was involved in.
