Ronn Moss is one of the most talented, handsome and kind stars in all of Hollywood. He’s a daytime institution. How many millions of women and fans of the hit CBS show “The Bold and the Beautiful” have fallen in love with Ridge Forrester? Well, if you haven’t already heard his music, prepare to fall in love all over again.

Moss is working with musical genius Peter Beckett. Peter is not only one of the most gifted singers in the business but produces and writes as well. Both L.A. entertainers work very hard making time from their busy schedules to perform. They will be producing a new CD in the coming months.

Ronn Moss’s recent work on “The Bold and the Beautiful” has Emmy buzz all around it. When Ridge had to pull the plug on Eric’s respirator, Moss played it brilliantly. Ridge was devastated, emotionally wrought but also relieved at the decision to end the suffering of his dying dad. Lucky for us in soap land, Eric made it and is recuperating. Moss has worked with multi-Emmy winning actress Susan Flannery so long that he’s become incredible over the years as an actor.

But if you think Moss is one of Hollywood’s most handsome and talented performers, you have seen nothing yet. His work as a musician and singer for the band Player is incredible. Peter Beckett sings so amazingly well, that hearing him brings tears to many listeners’ eyes. These two are very in sync and know each other. The Los Angeles based duo have been performing together since 1977, only gaining more style, rhythm and talent over the years. They play off of each other incredibly, each complementing the other’s great skills in singing and performing.

Beckett has a distinguished careeer in song writing for other recording artists, in many films and hit Television shows.  He was also Grammy nominated in 1986 for his hit song in the film "St. Elmo's Fire."  His credits run like those of Quincy Jones.

The two have gone on tour several times and Moss has become an institution not only in America, but in Australia and throughout Europe and Asia. He’s the most well known face in the world. Those naturally chiseled cheekbones, deep rich speaking voice and the smile that could sink a thousand ships, Moss is on the most watched show on the planet. “B&B” is so popular in some nations that it is considered a primetime soap. “The Bold & the Beautiful” is much more popular than “Dallas” and “Dynasty” were in their '80s heyday.

But beneath all the great looks and talent, Moss is very warm, courteous and grateful for his stardom. He and Beckett have worked very hard at their music and it shows. They also are genuinely kind men who love performing in front of an audience. A recent concert attendee told me, “I haven’t been entertained that way since seeing the Rolling Stones perform in London.” Ronn’s Cajun beauty and fiance' Devin DeVasquez, one of the most beautiful women on the planet, are also starting a business together. Devin is a wonderful cook and is creating some fascinating new recipes. Their new venture has been named DevRonn, which is a combination of the two names. Moss is also planning on creating a wine label and will be producing some of the best wines in southern California.

Ronn Moss is nothing short of a living legend, Devin, former Star Search winner and the most popular Playboy Centerfold in history is an incredible beauty with brains and Peter Beckett has one of the most glorious voices in the business.

You want a chance to meet the three of them? Moss and Beckett’s Player will be performing in southern California later this month. Their band’s  Web mistress Patti Myers from Jersey told me, “They will be performing at the 13th Annual Drive n’ Surf Redondo Beach Lobster Festival on Saturday, September 27.” Myers adds, “Come rock out with Player on September 27 at 8:00 p.m. Original band members Peter Beckett and Ronn Moss will be performing their #1 hit "BABY COME BACK," and many more! Good food, great fun, and rocking music!

The location is: 200 Portofino Way-Seaside Lagoon next to King Harbor, Redondo Beach. Cost: General admission is $12. Kids 3-12 $5. Under 3 is Free.
