Challenge the Challenge

When you believe in the power of your thoughts to create your life, magic can happen. What happens when you have something challenging you? Do you blame yourself and wonder what you are doing wrong? Do you feel like “it’s not working!” These may be common feelings, but they usually do nothing to get the situation to move into where you want it to go.
When you feel challenged:
Challenge the challenge. Just decide that you are more than this ”“ much more! Knowing and remembering the power that you are puts to rest any doubt, you can deal with this. Period.
Get support. Listen to someone who is trusted to uplift you. It is wonderful to have friends who know from their own challenges how to be a supportive voice.
Support your self. Even when it is only you, you can uplift yourself and change how you feel about this situation. Shift your focus on to something that makes you feel good for a while; this can often be enough to let some light in. Then you can feel your thoughts begin to support what you do want to see happen.
Remember that you don’t have to stay where you are. We are free to make a fresh choice and a fresh change any time we decide to do that. Decide firmly what you want to see happen next in your life. Choose it fully. Then focus on that. Be firm and focus on what you want to see happen in your life. You can do it.
