A Return to Love

This beautiful quote from Marianne Williamson reminds us that we deserve to recognize how amazing and powerful we all truly are.  It is something we can embrace and live in our everyday life.  We are unlimited.

Look at an area that you have had a bit of trouble with in your life.  Remember that you are a powerful experience creator.  There are ways that you, yourself are drawing this experience into your life.  It may not seem like that is true, especially with all the emotions that we swirl around our problems.  Do you do this?  I do.  We limit ourselves by not remembering that we can choose differently.  We can choose differently!  Even if it seems completely due to outside circumstances, you still have the power to choose how you will respond to the situation at hand.

Where do we limit ourselves with other people in relationship?  We have expectations of the way things are.  And we believe these expectations are the Truth.  Just because it has always seemed to be one way – does not mean that is the way it has to be.  What can you change in your thinking that puts you into a slightly better position with the situation?  Can you take a breath and look at where you limit yourself with some habit of thinking? Once you see it, the limiting thought becomes free to change easily.  We can choose what we want to believe about any situation.  That one positive thought has more power than any ten limiting thoughts.  Choose a new way.  What do you really want to believe?  Believe it because you choose to, you don’t need any evidence, just choose it.  That is called faith.  You will see a shift.  We are unlimited.

What is your hidden expectation?  I want people to give to me; secretly I expect that they won’t.  What do you think shows up?  I want to be an actress; secretly I am afraid it is too far out of my reach. What do you think shows up?  I want to have more money or love; secretly I remember how it never was that way in my family.  What do you think shows up?

Notice where you have a true desire and then take a look and see if there are any limiting expectations around the subject.  Be open and honest with your self.  Know that you can choose to think differently.  Choose some clear positive unlimited thoughts about your self, your life and what you truly desire.  We are meant to be amazing.  The past does not

create what happens next, we do.  Choose openly and choose fully.  We are unlimited.
