HOLLYWOOD—There are so many things to do in the month of June. One of the summer movies to watch is "The Bling Ring." Sofia Coppola's latest film is based on a true story about L.A. teenagers who burglarized celebrity mansions. The film has crazy-amazing fashion and a killer soundtrack that will be released on June 14. The film stars Emma Watson, Leslie Mann, Taissa Farmiga and Nina Siemaszko.

A big day for movies, June 14 brings us the release of "Man of Steel." Superman one more time, now directed by Zack Snyder, produced by Christopher Nolan and written by David S. Goyer. Henry Cavill plays the young ubermensch; with Amy Adams, Michael Shannon, Diane Lane, Kevin Costner, Laurence Fishburne and Russell Crowe. Another movie set to be released on the 14 is "Stuck in Love," about a young novelist (Lily Collins) who moves toward a rapprochement with her mother (Jennifer Connelly), who abandoned her and her father (Greg Kinnear) for a younger man. The movie also stars Kristen Bell, Logan Lerman and Nat Wolff. The film is written and directed by Josh Boone.

Summer is really the perfect time to go to the movies. A hard-luck story is seen in the film "Vehicle 19," about a parolee (Paul Walker) who picks up the wrong rental car at the airport and finds himself the target of a police search; it seems there's an extra passenger in his trunk he didn't know about. The film stars Naima Mclean and is directed by Mukunda Michael Dewil.

One of the most anticipated movies of the summer is "The Wolverine," due out on June 26. The latest entry in the "X-Men" franchise sends the metal-clawed superhero (Hugh Jackman) to Japan. The film is directed by James Mangold; with Famke Janssen and Brian Tee. Two days later the film "Some Girls," will be released. A film about a successful soon to be married writer (Adam Brody) who goes on a cross-country tour to visit his old girlfriends and apologize for his appalling behavior in the past. The movie is directed by Daisy von Scherler Mayer and stars Jennifer Morrison, Mia Maestro, Emily Watson, Zoe Kazan and Kristen Bell.

Summer is also the time to read books. Try novels, “The Engagements” by J. Courtney Sullivan, “Summer People” by Elin Hilderbrand, a juicy peach of a summer tome. Though it;s been out for a few years, its still a wonderful love story, the kind that you read then recommend to many friends.

Rose's Scoop: Get out your tennis whites; Its Wimbledon time let the games begin on June 24- July 7. Meanwhile Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's first child will be a girl, it was revealed on the season premiere of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." Kim was feted at a baby shower last week in Beverly Hills with pals, Kimberly Stewart, Kelly Osbourne, former Spice Girl Mel B. and "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes, reports People.com. The Sexiest Man Alive, is now the Sexiest Dad alive, Channing Tatum and his wife welcomed their first child, a daughter in London.
