Justin Bieber And Mother's Day!
Posted by Rose Quintiliano and Kelly Olszuk on May 13, 2012 - 5:10:39 PM

HOLLYWOODJustin Bieber’s latest single “Boyfriend,” has broken a YouTube record  for single-day stats. According to the Hollywood Reporter, in just 24 hours it racked up 8 million views. In over a week it’s been an estimated 17 million streams. Obviously the video has something, like the other music videos I have watched from other artists perform. Bieber delivers a video filled with pals in muscle cars. Biebs is everywhere these days, from an appearance on “The Voice,” to chilling with pals Lil Wayne and 50 Cent in Las Vegas, cheering on Floyd Mayweather Jr. Always busy, Justin Bieber will be performing on June 15 in New York City on the Today Show. NBC’s Today show has announced the performers for their 17th annual Summer concert Series and as usual the lineup does not disappoint. Kicking it off on Friday, May 18, is Bieb’s mentor Usher, for his first-ever Today performance.

The 2012 Billboard Music Awards is set to be an extraordinary, one-of-a-kind event: Justin Bieber, LMFAO, Carrie Underwood and The Wanted are scheduled to perform on the May 20 show, which is set to air from the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas on ABC. The album “Believe,” is set to drop on June 19. The teen star topped the billboard 200 chart twice last year, with his “Never Say Never: The Remixes” album and “Under The Mistletoe”, and scored his first No. 1 album with “My World 2.0” in 2010. What else can I say about Justin Bieber, that hasn’t been said before, he’s simply one-of-a-kind.

So how does your music video compare to Justin Bieber’s video?  It has to be something original, not the same dancing routine, over and over. First you optimize your video and create a compelling music video. A video that stands out ,there is so much rubbish out there. Unfortunately, people just make music videos thinking they will get rich and famous. It just doesn’t work that way, if an artist or group hasn’t made it by the time they reach their early twenties. It just isn’t going to happen. The same goes true, if the song is bad, a good video won’t save it. In Justin’s video, it became an epic, massive smash mostly due to his devoted fans.

In typical Bieber style, the singer will release a special music single for his special mom, Pattie Mallette. He announced on Twitter his mother’s day gift, the single dedicated to his mom. It’s about the struggles of being a single mom ,so young and how brave she was, and he wants the world to know that. The title of the song “Turn To You,” will be released on Mother’s Day weekend, and the proceeds will go to help other single moms. What an amazing Mother’s Day gift, to celebrate Mom!

Rose’s Scoop: Just when you thought you have heard it all, along comes “Tanorexic.” A Connecticut company is going to be selling a doll modeled after Patricia Krentcil, the mother who shot to fame and became a media celebrity after she was charged with allowing her 5-year-old daughter to go to the tanning salon with her a couple of weeks ago. The figure, blond with an orange face, will sell for $29.95. Only in New Jersey!

Wishing everyone a very Happy Mother’s Day!
