"B&B" Exclusive, Two New Hunks Hit Beverly Hills

—Canyon News can report breaking news for “The Bold and the Beautiful,” in the casting department. Creative genius Christy Dooly has been “B&B’s” casting director for over two decades. She’s been credited alongside her distinguished producer and head writer Bradley P. Bell, today’s version of the late William J. Bell and Louis B. Mayer. Two new hunks are on the show’s canvas both will heat up hearts for the winter season.
Zack Conroy and Justin Baldoni have joined the series in pivotal roles for the soap opera. With casting last week of an aged Hope Logan, fans have been in excitement for what that means for Bridget Forrester Marone and Brooke Logan Forrester played brilliantly by talented beauties Ashley Jones and Katherine Kelly Lang. Hope is not only Bridget’s half sister but also her step-mother. Brooke had Hope by her older daughter Bridget’s husband Deacon Sharpe played by “Y&R” star Sean Kanan, who is now off the cast list of “Y&R” and fans are hoping to see him rejoin “B&B” in the role.
Actor Justin Baldoni will play the role of Graham Darros, on “B&B” Executive Producer and Head Writer Bradley P. Bell announced to Canyon News. “Justin is a compelling young actor who will be able to bring forth the intensity that is essential for the character of Graham,” said Bell. “Graham is a well-known fashion photographer who is hired by Steffy to work for Forrester Creations. It soon becomes evident that he has a sinister and mysterious past with another major character.”
Baldoni began taping his role on December 8, 2009. His first airdate is slated for January 15, 2010. In addition to roles on “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody,” the WB’s “Everwood,” and NBC’s “Heroes,” Baldoni has established himself as one of Hollywood’s up and coming music directors, having directed campaigns for Universal Records, and artists including Bobby Valentino and Snoop Dogg, through his production company AFG Productions. Baldoni is currently directing a six-piece music video/web series for Warner Bros. Records’ artist, Jason Derulo, which is slated for release in January 2010.
Actor Zack Conroy has been cast in the role of Oliver Jones, on the same series.Executive Producer and Head Writer Bradley P. Bell announced tells Canyon News, “Zack is a dynamic young actor,” said Bell. “I’m excited to expand the Jones family off the talent of Rick Hearst and Sarah Brown. I look forward to seeing Zack bring this artistic and enthusiastic character to life.”
Conroy began taping on December 10, 2009. His first airdate is slated for January 20, 2010. His other credits include the role of James Spaulding on “Guiding Light,” Leo Morrisey on “As The World Turns,“ and Ben Simmons on the hit teen drama “Gossip Girl.” Conroy has also appeared in commercials for Pizza Hut, New Balance and Lorafina, was a model for Kenneth Cole, and posed as Joe Hardy for The Hard Boys book covers.
Conroy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Management. He is relocating to Los Angeles from New York City for his “B&B” role.
