Posted by Carmen Herrera on Mar 20, 2013 - 10:55:50 PM

SANTA MONICA—Colonials: An American Shakespeare Company will continue its series of Shakespeare’s “The Taming of the Shrew” and “Hamlet” now until mid April.

The Santa-Monica based group that is behind the Colonials: An American Shakespeare Company are known for producing plays from William Shakespeare and their shows include veteran Shakespearean actors who have studied numerous works of the 16th century poet.

The company have previously performed various plays such as “Twelfth Night,” “A Light in the Shadows,” “Excuse for a Swordfight” and much more. Currently, the company is producing “The Taming of the Shrew,” alongside one of his most famous plays, “Hamlet.”
