Learn To Make BBQ Halibut

2 pounds fresh halibut fillets
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
sprinkle of paprika
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons mayonnaise


On four large buttered squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil, place equal amounts of fish. In a small saucepan, melt butter; add lemon juice, parsley, dill weed, salt and pepper. Pour equal amounts over fish. Sprinkle with paprika; top with onion slices and a tablespoon of mayonnaise per square.

Wrap foil securely around fish, leaving space for fish to expand.
Bar-B-Q 7 to 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork.

*Put corn on the Bar-B-Q 15 minutes prior to grilling the fish.
Serve with potato salad and a beverage of your choice.
