MIAMI—On Sunday, April 29, the Miami Heat finished the sweep of the Milwaukee Bucks. Miami won on the road 88-77 without all-star shooting guard, Dwayne Wade. This is the first time the Heat swept a playoff team with “The Big 3” to advance to the conference Semi-Finals.

Lebron James led the Heat with 30 points, eight rebounds, seven assists, three steals and one block. Udonis Haslem had 13 points for the game. Chris Bosh had 10 points; Mark Millar had five points while starting for Dwayne Wade who didn’t play. Ray Allen had 16 points off the bench to contribute to the win.

Monta Ellis led the Bucks with 21 points, eight assists and five rebounds, but he also had six turnovers. Mike Dunleavy had 17 points off the bench for the Bucks, but it wasn’t enough to lead them to a win over the defending Champions. Brandon Jennings of the Bucks only had three points. He said that his team would beat the Heat in six games.

Miami is the first team to advance in the playoffs. They will play against the winner of the Chicago Bulls and Brooklyn Nets series. The Bulls are currently up 3-1 in the series.
