BEL AIR—Kelsey Grammer has listed for almost $18 million the Holmby Hills mansion he once shared with his ex-wife Camille.

The modern traditional was purchased by Grammer in 2007 for over $13.5 million, according to public records, and its 5 bedrooms and 6 baths were expanded and restored to add 2 additional beds and 3 additional baths.

Established in 1980 according to its listing, the approximately 10,500 square foot property now carries a $17,999,000 price tag and boasts “dramatic living area, media room, and formal dining room. The gourmet chef’s kitchen includes a beautiful adjacent family area and also accesses the gym,” according to celebrity real estate listing blog, Trulia.

Outside of the English Country style home is an expansive yard, pool and a gated 6-car motor court and crescent drive, as well as a 4-car garage.

“Other home amenities include a wine cellar, library and pantry,” according to Multiple Listing Service.
