BH Police Searching For Sexual Battery Suspect

BEVERLY HILLS—The Beverly Hills Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to identify a sexual battery suspect that assaulted a woman on Wednesday, March 13.

 

The BHPD issued a press release on indicating the suspect engaged the victim in conversation and used a ruse to bait the victim into assisting him in removing an item from a top shelf inside the Pavillions Market on the 9400 block of Olympic Boulevard.

As the victim reached up to retrieve the item, the suspect sexually battered her. The unknown suspect was caught on surveillance footage from the supermarket store.

 

The suspect appears to be a white male, approximately 5’10,” 195 lbs, with dark hair, dark eyes and possibly in his late 30s to early 40s.
