The name of the new, five-story luxury condo building is appropriately named after its address: 432 Oakhurst Drive. The street is lined with trees and caters to people looking for a private location.  According to its website, 432 Oakhurst Drive, “delivers a lifestyle that is private, pampered and perfect.”

The building was developed by ETCO Homes, a boutique firm that builds luxury properties. It was designed in an organic, contemporary style and will house 34 spaciously designed, two-to-three bedroom condominiums, ranging in size from 2,000-3000 square feet.

432 Oakhurst drive sits in the heart of Beverly Hills and offers views of the Hollywood Hills, the downtown Los Angeles skyline and Century City.

Inside the house, room lighting is enhanced with floor-to-ceiling windows and custom imported Italian cabinetry. Appliances are supplied by top-notch brands: Sub-Zero® and Miele, and counter-tops are fixed with premium CeaserStone®.

Residents will also be treated to variety of on-site amenities. The building will house a fitness center with a complimentary snack and coffee bar, a state-of-the-art security surveillance system, and each home includes three parking spaces.  The eco-friendly building also aims to conserve energy by using low-voltage lighting and tankless water heaters.

The Oakhurst condominiums are also within walking distance of famous shopping districts, Melrose Avenue and Rodeo Drive, and fine-dining establishments, Spago and Mastro’s Steakhouse.

With the assortment of luxuries, lavish accoutrements and world-class location, the 432 Oakhurst Drive luxury condominiums carry a starting price of $1.5 million.

Construction is well underway with the grand opening expected in July.
