Posted by Amanda Macke on Nov 5, 2013 - 9:16:51 PM

The Beverly Hills Police Department (BHPD) released a press release asking for the public’s assistance in locating suspects connected to an attempted kidnapping by a female juvenile, jogging in the area of Hartford Way and Pamela Drive on October 17.

The young female told police two men in a vehicle resembling a Ford Transit with tinted windows pulled up to her and stopped in the roadway. The passenger of the vehicle proceeded to get out the car, run towards the female victim and grabbed her right arm. The young female managed to break free from the suspect’s grasp and run away as the two men fled in their vehicle westbound on Hartford Way.

The female victim described the two suspects as Hispanic males "who looked like construction workers" in the age ranges of 30 to 40 years-old. The Beverly Hills Police Department has released an approximate sketch of one of the male suspects.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact Detective Chris Coulter of the Crimes Against Persons Unit at 310-285-2147 and refer to BHPD case #13-43066.
