The Beverly Hills Police Department reports indicate that Combs was being driven by a chauffeur in the westbound lane of his Cadillac Escalade when a Lexus in the eastbound lane turned left in front of the Cadillac causing the cars to crash into each other.

Combs, 42, as well as the other parties involved in the incident, complained of pain. An ambulance arrived to the scene, however, no one was transported to the hospital. A traffic collision report was made, but no citations were issued. The hood of the Cadillac was reportedly dented due to the collision.

Additionally, photos surfaced of Combs as well as a second passenger who were laying on the lawn in front of the hotel. Combs required help
walking into the lobby by hotel employees.

Comb's rep released a statement on Thursday, October 25 stating,
"Sean Combs sustained multiple injuries in yesterday’s car accident including to his neck, ribs and collarbone. He is currently receiving treatment for these injuries from his physicians and would like to thank all of his fans for the outpouring of support that he has received since the accident."
