BRENTWOOD—The Brentwood Inn offers a “neighborhood boutique hotel,” said Evan, the front desk agent. Situated in Brentwood on the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Kenter Ave., the Brentwood Inn is walking distance from Brentwood Village. 

The hotel itself is cozy, and resembles many of the classic California homes that surround it in Brentwood Village. While the hotel does not have many of the facilities that other hotels have such as a spa, or swimming pool, it makes up for it with exceptional customer service as well as a prime location. The streets are quite at night and the environment is friendly, noted Evan.

The Brentwood Inn was established in 1942 when Sunset Boulevard was still a dirt road. Since then, it has housed many famous guests and grown to be a favorite hotel for guests of local residents as well as international tourists, Evan shared. 

The Brentwood Inn has 21 rooms. Each room comes with necessary amenities to make travel more comfortable including a fridge, coffee pot, wifi, and a plasma television. Additionally, each room conveniently has its own parking spot eliminating the hassle of valet or street parking. 

The Brentwood Inn is privately owned and highly values each of its guest unlike some of the larger corporate hotels.  Their front desk offers charming concierge services including car rental delivery, VIP restaurant seating, and assistance with reservations.  As mentioned on their website, The Brentwoood Inn was ranked by TripAdvisor.com as one of Los Angeles’ top ten hotels from 2005 to 2011.  Overall, the Brentwood Inn is a small, friendly, cozy boutique hotel located in the quiet, safe, historic, and beautiful neighborhood of Brentwood.  Its small and welcoming staff provides guests with whatever they need to make their visit to Los Angeles enjoyable.
