HOLLYWOOD—Actress Amanda Bynes continues to make headlines as she was spotted smoking what appears to be a marijuana pipe disguised as a cigarette while driving her BMW on Tuesday, September 11.

The photos surfaced on Thursday when reports claimed that Bynes was first seen at a Baja Fresh in the San Fernando Valley were she smoked from the pipe and ate tacos in the parking lot.

Bynes license was suspended on August 25 for undisclosed reasons, however, it is more than likely related to when she refused to take a sobriety test after being pulled over by the police in April and in California that leads to an automatic license suspension.

Bynes was stopped by the police yet again on Sunday, September 9 as her lights were off, but the police officers never asked for her license and let her go with a warning.

The 26-year-old was allegedly driving under the influence after hitting a Los Angeles County sheriff's cruiser on April 6 in West Hollywood. She was charged after she refused a Breathalyzer or blood-alcohol test. Bynes plead not guilty to the charges via her attorney and continued to deny the allegations on her Twitter page.

"I can't help but laugh at all of you writing fake stories about me," she tweeted May 27. "I was not in any hit and runs. I don't drink so the DUI is false."

Additionally, Bynes is facing two hit-and-run charges, one which occurred on April 10 and the other on August 4. Regarding the August incident, a motorist stated said a vehicle driven by Bynes rear-ended and damaged her Toyota on Ventura Boulevard. The driver stated that Bynes refused to give her insurance information or call the police, declared there were no significant damages and drove off.

The actress suggests that both women mutually decided that the damages were minor and there was no need to proceed any further. Investigators have determined that the Toyota did in fact suffer damages, $800 worth, and Bynes broke the law by not notifying the police or exchanging insurance information.

Bynes next hearing is scheduled for September 21 and her bail as well as numerous other factors will be decided in court.
