Williams was taken into custody at around 3:45 p.m. at his home in the 22500 block of Quinta Road. Williams was due in Sacramento court on Monday for allegedly driving a three-wheeled motorcycle on a sidewalk and refusing to stop for police on November 25. He is accused of evading police while driving recklessly.

In addition, he had a $10,000 bench warrant issued for his arrest for failing to appear in a Yolo County court in a separate assault case. The Los Angeles police knew of the comedian's bench warrant and took him into custody after seeing him outside his house.

Williams, whose real name is Micah Sierra Williams, was held on $105,000 bail. Williams is also facing charges in Oakland and Seattle from incidents that occurred while he was in those cities for shows.

On December 28, Williams was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment after police allegedly found a stolen loaded gun in his home. Williams, 51, recently announced he would be retiring from stand-up comedy.
