LOS ANGELES—Lindsay Lohan’s week has gone from bad to severely bad. The “Mean Girls” and “Parent Trap” star has been on probation for the past few years for various criminal convictions. Previously for cocaine possession and then for two DUI’s. Now Lohan, who was on probation for a guilty plea in the theft of a necklace from a Venice Beach jeweler was ordered into court by a California State Superior judge on Wednesday and her probation rescinded.

Lohan was taken into custody immediately while in court, but released hours later on a $100,000 bond. Lohan was in violation of her probation for not completing psychological counseling as well as not fulfilling her required community service at a half-way house in Downtown Los Angeles. On Thursday morning, Lohan was ordered by the court to arrive again at the L.A. County morgue, also downtown, but was late for her community service. Whenever a probationer is late for their morgue duties, the doors are locked and they are sent home and told that they are in violation of their probation. The judge chastised Lohan in court on Wednesday, reminding her and her attorney that probation is a gift.
In a statement Lohan’s representative said, “Lindsay arrived at the morgue approximately 20 minutes late and will be returning for orientation tomorrow. Her lateness was due to a combination of not knowing what entrance to go through and confusion caused by the media waiting for her arrival. Lindsay spoke with the supervisors at the morgue, they showed her how to get in and everything is all cleared up.”
Lohan also tweeted that she felt after the ordeal on Thursday morning, that she needs psychological counseling for the trauma she has endured. Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, who has battled drug addictions and other legal problems, including alleged domestic violence appeared on a local TV show in L.A. this week and told the host that his doctor’s teeth look like those of meth or crack drug users. This pronouncement reportedly infuriated Lindsay as well as her mother, Dina.
In some good Lohan family news, Lindsay's younger sister Ali Lohan has started her modeling career, appearing on the cover of a fashion magazine next month. Lindsay Lohan is due back in court in the next few weeks to face possible jail time for violating her probation. Lohan is expected to report again on Friday morning to the L.A. County morgue, and her rep has stated that she’ll be on time.
