Blackhawks Take Game Four

LOS ANGELES—On Thursday, June 6, the Chicago Blackhawks took game four of the Western Conference Finals on the road over the Los Angeles Kings. The Blackhawks won 3-2 to take a commanding 3-1 series lead over the reigning champions pushing them to the brink of elimination.

The Blackhawks ended the Kings 15 home game winning streak with a great road win. Bryan Bickell had the first goal for Chicago, which came in the first period. Patrick Kane also scored on the Kings during the second period and Marian Hossa scored the third and final goal for the Blackhawks in the third period. Corey Crawford had 19 saves for Chicago to help them win.


Slava Voynov had a goal for the Kings, which came in the beginning of the first period and Dustin Penner also had a goal, which came in the second period.


The best of seven games series between the Chicago Blackhawks and the Los Angeles Kings will continue with game five on Saturday in Chicago. The winner of this series will move on to the Stanley Cup Final against the winner of the Eastern Conference Finals.
