ST. PAUL, MN—The Minnesota Wild acquired the top two free agents in the NHL Wednesday afternoon.
Zach Parise lead the New Jersey Devils to the Stanley Cup Final while Ryan Suter had a career-high in points last season.
Parise, the best forward on the market, was able to convince Suter, his close friend and best defender on the market, to join him in Minnesota.
Both players are 27 years old and both signed $98 million dollar deals over the next 13 years.
