Three Injured In Hollywood Boulevard Shooting

HOLLYWOOD—Three people were shot and injured during a shooting on Hollywood Boulevard on Wednesday, October 31. 

Officer Eisenman of the Los Angeles Police Department stated to Canyon News the incident occurred at 10 p.m. on Hollywood Boulevard and Whitney Avenue.  Three people were injured during the shooting, including one person critical condition. The 17-year-old boy was taken to the hospital after being shot in the chest and leg. The 14-year-old boy was shot in the foot while the 25-year-old man was struck in the butt.

Traffic was backed up for miles as result of the shooting. Streets were closed off between Cahuenga Boulevard to Highland Avenue.

Officer Eisenman informed Canyon News that there are no suspects in the case. No arrests have been made in the shooting as the investigation is still ongoing.
