L.A. Celebrity Show Hosted This Weekend

HOLLYWOOD—This Saturday and Sunday, former child star Scott Schwartz will be hosting an event called the LA Celebrity Show at Lowe’s Hollywood Theatre at Hollywood and Highland.

Schwartz, best known for his role as Ralphie in the classic holiday film “A Christmas Story” (1983), is presenting the L.A. Celebrity show which features childhood actors and actresses from the past who are “all grown up” now.

 

The show will take place at Loew’s Hollywood Hotel on 1755 North Highland Avenue on Saturday, February 1 and Sunday, February 2, 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., respectively. It will feature favorite childhood film/television icons such as Barbara Eden “I Dream of Jeanie," Loni Anderson “A Night at the Roxbury," Linda Blair, “The Exorcist," Tracey Gold and Jeremy Miller “Growing Pains," Todd Bridges “Diff’rnt Strokes,” and Tippi Hedren from Alfred Hitchcock movies “The Birds” and “Marine.”

 

Schwartz currently runs a Hollywood memorabilia store in Woodland Hills called Schwartz’s Baseball Cards and Movie Collectibles where he sells Hollywood film, television, and sports memorabilia.
