Hit-And-Run Near Mulholland Drive

HOLLYWOOD HILLS—According to the Los Angeles Police Department, on Friday,
June 29, a 55-year-old man was hit by a driver near Mulholland
Drive.After the collision, the
driver failed to provide aid to the bicyclist or identify himself as the law
requires and is now facing felony hit and run charges.
Following the collision, the bicyclist
was transported to a local hospital where he remains in critical
condition.
The suspect is believed
to have been driving a rust-colored, late model, Jeep Cherokee while traveling
south on Outpost Drive.
The Los
Angeles Police Department states, “anyone with information about this incident
is asked to contact West Traffic Division Detective Section at 213-473-0234." During non-business hours or on weekends, calls should be directed to
