HOLLYWOOD—Police arrested four suspects on the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and Virgil Avenue Monday morning with the help of a robbery victim’s iPhone, which had an app that tracked the whereabouts of the alleged burglars.
According to reports, there have been a number of robberies in the surrounding area where there were reports of stolen wallets and laptops.
It was a man’s iPhone that lead to the arrest of the suspects who police say, would drive around and scout for victims to steal from.
