LAUREL
CANYON—An 11.9 acre property located on the south side of
Laurel
Canyon that has remained undeveloped for 50 years is now being auctioned off as prime real estate.
The auction, which will be held at
11am Saturday, is an unreserved event. Though a $100 thousand dollar refundable deposit must be supplied to bid in the auction, there is no minimum price that must be reached to buy the property.
The previous owner preserved the natural state of the land and did not want to build on it. Sadly, this will most likely no longer be a reality.
Auctioneers have designed plans for a 30,000 square foot home, or nine 10,000 square foot homes to be built on the property.
