LOS ANGELES—Actor Edward Furlong, from “Terminator 2: Judgment Day” and “American History X,” was arrested early Tuesday on suspicion of domestic violence. At 12:40 a.m. on October 30, Los Angeles Airport Police responded to a possible domestic violence investigation at Terminal 2 in Los Angeles International Airport.
Police did not identify the person Furlong injured, but the 35-year-old actor was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence involving a spouse or girlfriend. He was transported by the authorities to the LAPD’s 77th Division Jail and is being held on $50,000 bail.
Tuesday’s incident was not Furlong’s first brush with the law. He was arrested and charged for public intoxication in Kentucky in 2007. In 2009, he was arrested on suspicion of violating a restraining order his wife, Rachael Kneeland, had against him in an incident where he allegedly struck her. Furlong’s divorce from Kneeland is currently pending.
