HOLLYWOOD—Actress Reese Witherspoon welcomed a baby boy named Tennessee James Toth into the world. The 36-year old gave birth to her third child (but the first with her second husband Jim Toth) on Thursday, September 26. The two were engaged in December 2010, and wed on March 26 the following year.

Witherspoon has two other children from her prior marriage to actor Ryan Phillipe. The two met back in 1997 at her 21st birthday party and they married on June 5, 1999. Phillipe and Witherspoon announced their divorce seven years later in October 2006. They now share joint custody of their 12 years old daughter Ava and their 9 year old son Deacon.

Tennessee James Toth is quite an unconventional name. Some people are suspecting that she named him Tennessee because she spent her childhood in Nashville.

Witherspoon publicist, Meredith O'Sullivan Wasson, said "Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today. Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled."

Reece Witherspoon, an Oscar winner, is best known for her now famous role in the hit movie Legally Blonde. She has gone on to star in movies such as Vanity Fair (2004), Just Like Heaven (2005), and How Do You Know (2010). Her latest movie, Mud (2012), is currently in post-production.
