LOS FELIZ—Actresses Olivia Wilde, Naya Marie Rivera and Kate Walsh have sold their Spanish style estates in Los Feliz and Beverly Hills.

Olivia Wilde, 29, had attempted to sell her Los Feliz home ever since she purchased her new home in New York last November. According to Forbes.com, the 3,284 square foot home is a 1920s Spanish style with “original Malibu tiles, hardwood floors, stained glass and iron details throughout.” The estate has four bedrooms and over three baths, including outdoor terraces and patios.

She had initially listed the spacious home for $2.495 million, but eight months later she closed the deal for $2.19 million.

With her divorce from Italian filmmaker Tao Ruspuli finalized in 2011, and the engagement to actor Jason Sudeikis announced, the actress was ready to move to New York City. Wilde is known for her roles in various television and film productions such as “The O.C,” “The Black Donnelly’s” and “House.”

Kate Walsh, 45, who became popular as Dr. Addison Montgomery in the ABC series “Grey’s Anatomy” has also sold her extravagant Los Feliz home for $4.675 million, according to the Huffington Post. Initially, she had placed her home on Nottingham Avenue in February 2010 as a pocket listing.  According to the listing agent, the Los Feliz property is a “perfect marriage of Old World charm and stunning modern updates.”  Built in 1928, the lavish Spanish style villa encompasses 13,600 feet and has four bedrooms, a Pilates studio, pool, and a luxurious master suite.

The house was bought in 2007 by Walsh and ex-husband Alex Young.  The couple was ready to sell the home once their divorce was finalized in 2010.

Actress Naya Marie Rivera, 26, best known for her character as Santana Lopez on the musical comedy-drama television series “Glee” has also sold her home in Beverly Hills. She had listed it in March for $2.1 million, and by June, it was worth $1.93 million, according to property records.

While the Beverly-Glen area home measured 3,300 square feet with four bedrooms, with over three baths, Rivera sought after the 4,158 square feet traditional style home in Los Feliz.

Rivera had invested massively in her former Beverly Hills home, such as upgrading her kitchen, outdoor living spaces as well as the salt-water pool. She had bought the house in April 2012 for $1.475 million.
