Crash Causes Gridlock On PCH

MALIBU—On July 6, a sheriff's deputy was involved in a collision on the Pacific Coast Highway, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The incident occurred  at around 3:00 p.m. near Las Flores Canyon Road, causing temporary gridlock in the area, according to authorities; though the deputy was uninjured, another motorist was taken to a hospital after a report of pain.  Additional details including the extent of the person's injuries and the cause of the crash is unavailable as of press time.
