MALIBU—Beginning in July, the
Malibu Senior Center is partnering up with AARP Driver Safety Program to provide seniors the opportunity to tune-up their motor skills.
Classes are in session starting on Thursday, July 11, and Friday, July 12, from 9:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Driver Safety Program works one-on-one, teaching participants on the rules of the road, and gives tips to common-age-related health changes in vision, hearing, and reaction time.
The classes are $12 for AARP members and $14 for non-members. And participants are required to attend both classes in order to receive their class certification. Call or visit the
Center at 310-456-2489 ext. 357 to enroll or to ask additional questions.
