For seniors who attend, there will be a chocolate tasting, a lecture on improving driving skills, and tutorials on how to lift and carry items safely to avoid causing injury. Seniors will also have the opportunity to have their blood pressure taken, there vision tested, and their posture examined. Senior attendees will also be able to learn about good dental hygiene.
The senior health fair will take place at 330 North Fairfax Avenue at the Freda Mohr Center. The fair will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 23.
