SHERMAN OAKS—On Tuesday, August 6, Office Slice presented Girlfriends Networking, a meeting that allows female entrepreneurs, business owners, freelancers and various career women to mingle and talk.

The Girlfriends Networking event is in honor of the National Girlfriends Networking Day on August 4.  This event acted as a soiree for women across the country to meet, interact and network.  The New Agenda, a women’s advocacy group who have organized the 2nd Annual National Girlfriends Networking Day, said this event will “feature a panel of renowned, diverse women leaders discussing how to plan your career path, and then taking questions via social media from nationwide participants.”

The evening commenced with the opportunity to gain resources for any female entrepreneurs, startup companies or freelancers providing them with advice, consultation and support through their affordable educational and personal growth workshop.

The panel discussed how to structure a career path and introduced the importance of social networking within each business. Office Slice also offers seminars for entrepreneurs such as Social Media Marketing Made Simple, LinkedIn Boot Camp and Web and Digital Branding, where local successful entrepreneurs show you the skills of the field.
