Amanda Bynes' Parents Move Back To CA

SHERMAN OAKS—The parents of actress Amanda Bynes have decided to move back to California from their home in Texas in order to take care of their daughter.

Reports indicate the parent’s move comes in light of Bynes' recent legal troubles especially her April arrest for DUI after sideswiping a police car while driving in West Hollywood.

The parents initially put their Cedar Park, TX up for sale in an effort to sell quickly and return to California but they couldn’t find a buyer. 

As the “Easy A” and “Hairspray” star’s troubles worsened with Bynes being involved in hit-and-runs, holding a glass pipe while driving and other odd behavior, her parents opted to lease their property instead.

They are reportedly not interested in seeking a legal conservatorship for their daughter and are only interested in serving as a support system to Bynes. This will not be Bynes’ parents first time in California as their daughter was born and raised in Thousand Oaks.

Bynes, 26, was again in the news this week when she was shopping at a clothing store in West Hollywood on Monday, September 17, when she locked herself in a dressing room for almost two hours. She eventually came out allegedly wearing a bikini top from the store under her shirt that she forgot to take off but eventually paid for.
