The incident occurred on Friday, March 15 at Puppy & Me on Ventura Boulevard when Brittanie Weaver was walking around the store with her dog. The suspect can be seen on video kneeling down to pet Weaver's dog while holding the iPad underneath her dress.

The victim stated she noticed something was not right when she was at the store's front counter, but was afraid to say anything. The 22-year-old wrote a note to the store clerk informing her of what was happening before she contacted the police.

Weaver took to Twitter to talk about the ordeal to her 28,000 Twitter followers. "
So sickened by everything that happened today. Exhausted," she tweeted. "I had a plan and it worked out perfectly. Soon will be another perv off the st."

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call the Los Angeles Police Department.
