Zillow has described the house as such, “Perched in a prime Studio City Hills dead end street location, [this is a] rare turn-key Cape Cod Traditional Home. [The] French Door formal entry leads to [a] beamed ceiling, sunny living room, with brick fireplace, hardwood floors and multi-door access to [a] pool and outdoor dining area. [There is a] Wonderful formal dining room with high ceilings and [a] fully remodeled sleek, warm kitchen with cook's appliances, and breakfast nook.
