According to police, on July 20 around 3:45 p.m. the suspect approached a 7-year-old girl while she was standing in line at the food court with her mother. The victim’s mother caught the suspect pointing a small camera at her daughter’s dress and scared him away.

Upon following the suspect, the victim’s mother watched him successfully take up-skirt pictures of three unsuspecting teenage girls, according to police. The suspect left the mall before security officers could apprehend him.

The suspect has been described as a white male with light brown hair, about 60 to 70 years old, between 5-foot-3 and 5-foot-6 and weighing around 140 to 160 pounds. The surveillance video shows him wearing glasses and carrying a brown backpack.
