Inclusionary Housing Opening In July

WEST HOLLYWOOD—For the month of July, the city is re-opening the inclusionary housing wait list for low income families in the area. The properties that are opening are in the Monarch developments.


One is located at La Brea and Santa Monica, another is located at La Brea and Fountain. With the start of the inclusionary housing program, a select number of new housing is required to be reserved for moderate and low-income households. This allows for a wider variety of income levels to be able to live in the housing developments.


Recent reported rental rates for Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit program are $747 for a single unit, $801 for a one bedroom and $961 for a two bedroom.
